Do you want to see the upcoming workouts in your favorite category? Click on “All Classes” and choose your workout. We've added descriptions for each workout so you know what you're getting into :-)

All NEWS are always up-to-date on your smartphone and the most important ones are sent to your smartphone via notification: This way you know immediately when there are new courses and don't miss any special events anymore.

With MEAL PLAN you can have a personalized nutrition plan drawn up, and we will keep you up to date in the BLOG about everything that concerns the KING KONG CLUB!
